We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or situations happen during transit where packages might get run over. Our return policy allows for returns within a specified timeframe. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition.
For handcrafted items and printed goods, please ensure to start the return process within 30 days of receipt of product by contacting us online. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue you store credit for the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees. The store credit can be used for any future purchase.
For our custom orders and items referenced as final sale, unfortunately we do not accept returns.
