What types of products do you offer?

Hello Ganda Creations specializes in handcrafted accessories and journals. Our product range includes exquisite headbands adorned with citrine gemstones and unique Agate stone earrings set on luxurious gold-plated studs. Each piece is designed to elevate your style and inspire creativity.

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or situations happen during transit where packages might get run over. Our return policy allows for returns within a specified timeframe. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition. 

For handcrafted items and printed goods, please ensure to start the return process within 30 days of receipt of product by contacting us online.  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue you store credit for the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees. The store credit can be used for any future purchase. 

For our custom orders and items referenced as final sale, unfortunately we do not accept returns. 

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within two business days. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each handcrafted item meets our quality standards before it is shipped to you.
